This 2nd generation Polaroid instant camera, the Sun 600 LMS, was introduced in the 1980s and is turned on by swinging the flash portion up to face forward. To charge the flash, lightly press the shutter button until you meet resistance and a light will appear in the viewfinder. The light goes out when indicates that the flash is ready. It does not have a close up option.
This is a used camera and has some wear. I have tested and cleaned this camera and it works well; please see the photos. When buying Polaroid film, be sure to buy the blue Polaroid Originals 600 film and see my FAQ below. You can also add a pack of fresh Polaroid Originals film to this order for $18. Buy some extra packs from my shop, too!
Please be sure to look at all the photos and contact me if you have any questions. I do offer combined shipping when possible to save on costs. All sales final with these vintage and used items, but please contact me if you have any questions or concerns after the sale. Thank you!
Polaroid Sun 600
These used vintage cameras have been cleaned and have been tested with film and are sold "as-is." The Polaroid photograph shown in the listing is the photo taken with that camera. Because they are used and vintage, I generally will not accept returns. However, if there are any problems with your camera, please do not hesitate to contact me and we'll try to find a solution together.
